The Annual, Global Event Focusing on Idea Leadership

 

Yin-Chu Jou

Two-time soloist of the Manila Youth Symphony Orchestra performing Beethoven's and Rachmaninoff's Third Concertos, and an alumna of Manhattan School of Music with a post-masteral Professional Studies degree, pianist and piano professor Yin-Chu Jou was featured on July 1, 2005 at Rye Sound Shore Review and The Harrison Report as centerfold articles. While managing the Amadeus Conservatory of Music at Wainwright House, Westchester Magazine voted the Conservatory "2005 Best New Music Conservatory" as she initiated numerous music programs including the Amadeus Youth Orchestra and the Amadeus Community Outreach and Education Program.

Aside from her active involvement in music education, piano pedagogy and performance, Miss Jou is a lecturer of the World I-Kuan Tao Foundation with locations in over 40 countries worldwide, an organization that promotes

As Musical Director of FAF, Miss Jou oversees and develops all aspects of FAF's music programming worldwide, including developing all FAF international music exchanges, some of which involve dance or other related art forms. Miss Jou also develops FAF's "Feel the Music!" program, a grant FAF administers for the World Foundation for Music and Healing and executes with Red Cross funding. Miss Jou also develops FAF's Youth Symphony for the United Nations program, in direct affiliation with the United Nations and the Symphony for the United Nations.
