It is our pleasure to present the following travel packages created exclusively for our exciting VGIF / IFUWA Conference, taking place in Kolkata, India, from November 18-21, 2009! 

  • You can choose from three different package offers:
    - Treasures of Nepal & India Package (November 5-21, 2009)
    - Magical India Package (November 10-21, 2009)
    - Basic Conference Package (November 16-21, 2009)
    Prices are based on double occupancy; single rooms available upon request.

  • All packages include personal tax savings for U.S. delegates.

Deadline for Registration:
September 4, 2009

  • PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are subject to availability and honored on a first-come-first-served basis. Delegates will be asked to confirm their bookings with a $500 deposit upon registration in order to block space. Further payment terms are as follows:
    - Second payment (one-third of the balance) is due on February 2, 2009
    - Third payment (one-third of the balance) is due on May 1, 2009
    - Final payment (remainder of the balance) is due on July 31, 2009

  • PLEASE NOTE: These are special, NGO discounted group rates and are only available if at least 25 paying passengers take each respective plan. Prices will decrease if more than 50 paying travelers take each respective plan. Costs are based on current taxes and fuel surcharges, and such charges are subject to increase at the carrier's discretion. A portion of each tour is tax deductible as allowed by law.
