PLEASE NOTE:

costs apply if a minimum of 20 travelers sign up for each.
Costs are subject to change if less than 20 participants take each package.

Reservations are subject
to availability; all delegates who request space at any level and for any package will be replied to and asked to approve of the actual hotel being offered at that time.

Delegates will be asked to reply with $500 non-refundable deposit
upon registration
– all requests will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
