  • Package costs apply if a minimum of 20 travelers sign up for each.
    Costs are subject to change if less than 20 participants take each package.

  • Reservations are subject to availability; all delegates who request space at any level and for any package will be replied to and asked to approve of the actual hotel being offered at that time.

  • Delegates will be asked to reply with $500 non-refundable deposit upon registration 
    – all requests will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
